Krebs Cast #25 Muchas Gracias! Merci Beaucoup! Danke Schon! Thank you!

A very special thank you to a very generous listener. Home alone, thinking of the past with fondness. Political commentary inspired by Mizez Slocombe and Joe.My.God.. Lots of other stuff too.

Thanks for the kind mention, Adam. Salient stuff in response, and I'll put a post on the "veneer" you mention as soon as I get over this "expat flu" (developing an immunity to all the Eurobugs means on-again off-again periods of illness in the first year or so, I'm told) I'm going through right now.

I had a really good time last night. I hope I didn't dominate the conversation too much, but it is so rare that I have someone willing to let me talk for more than a couple minutes at a time. I was worried I would be my typical quiet self, but you are so personable. And the two margaritas I had helped a lot, too.

I'm up for being on your show, but, I hate my voice. I think I would have to be a little drunk or something to not focus on that. I have weird anxiety issues....actually, i'm just weird in general.

Much love, and I am looking forward to hanging out again soon.

ciao

Loved this episode. I liked how you gave a shout out to the importance of bloggers. I believe that we should appreciate all different types of expression. Whether it's drawing painting, writing, reciting, acting, podcasts, vlogs, blog, just creating in general... The people who do it have found out or are searching the best way to get their message/visions out. And if they are able to do more that one thing to do that, more power to them.

I'm not sure about your new opening song. It seems a bit long for me. But keep experimenting and I'm sure you'll find a theme song that you are happy with :-) BustB!G - VJ

I think I'd be worried about your neighbor hearing more than your podcasts. ;)

And, how much WAS the donation??? In case someone out there is competitive, you should set the bar high.

hey Adam,

loved the 'cast. I preferred the old kc intro tho - it was distinctive and very 'now'.
