Hail Nero!

Bush displays behavior typical of a person addicted to hmm I dunno cocaine and alcohol. He makes a mistake and other people get hurt. He refuses to take responsibility and blames it on outside forces that are supposedly beyond his control. The reality is that his actions, or misactions, are the cause of the problem. He casually insists that everything is fine, that he is in complete control, and all is well. I think another dictator had the same kind of pathology, his name was Nero. The story goes that as Rome was burning Nero played the lyre and sang.
