And I cut myself off at the end of the podcast with the music but it sounded okay anyway. Thanks for listening everyone!
As for your commentary on my situation, I tend to think of it in a much more dramatic fashion. I guess that's to be expected, since I'm the one that has to file for an annulment. ARG!
He's still text messaging me every day, giving me little clues as to his whereabouts. I'll track him down and crack the case. I've been in contact with some of the other women he tried to con. It's been enlightening to say the least.
Hooray for the wanted poster! And thanks for being so kind about my thoughts on the show. But I have to say, words are not just words. Words are how we communicate. They carry meanings beyond what Webster's says. We can use them descriptively and/or performatively, and in this case, I think the major problem isn't so much Adam Curry, as why does so much popular music use to term without any caution (why has no one been discussing this?).
To this point a quote: "It is always possible to bind together a considerable number of people in love so long as there are other people left over to receive the manifestations of their aggressions. When once the apostle Paul had posited universal love between men as the foundation of his Christian community, extreme intolerance on the part of Christendom towards those who remained outside it became the inevitable consequence."
Hatred helps bind people together, and minorities are played against each other while the status quo remains lofty and unaccessible and always in the position of viewing others as objects. (Adam Curry is less biased about gay issues because he is straight, other people aren't raving activists because they aren't a person of color)...

Love the new intro and I have been listening to the "flaming".
I agree with you and Madge...
I like the new intro as well. Very bold.
