The first week of my new job went well. Everyone that I have met so far is very nice and seem to have amicable personalities. One thing that strikes me in particular is that everyone says how great it is to work there. One of the guys I met is leaving next week to move to Virginia and he is actually sad that he has to leave. I have also met people that worked where I used to work and they exclaim with alacrity how much better it is now that they work at the BIIR. It all seems to be very promising. I really dont want to have to change jobs again in two years. I'd like to make a place for myself somewhere for a while.
